"The staff is friendly, however, I recently changed from State Farm to another insurance. After my insurance policies were canceled, I was charged $473.25 for my policy. SIX DAYS AFTER I CANCELED IT AND RECIEVED A REFUND FOR THE SAME POLICY. I have since called and emailed, and gotten no response. This has been a terrible experience and the staff being friendly is the only reason I didn't provide one star."
